ORDERING

To order just click on the basket icon on the page of the book(s) you want. Then, if you are ordering from outside the UK, select the delivery method which is divided into order value amounts which means that the more books you order, the cheaper the postage is per book. Then press the Calculate key - this is really important to make sure your order goes through as smoothly as possible.

Paying by Cheque or postal order
Some customers prefer to pay using cheque or postal order. Please make these payable to Capall Bann Publishing Ltd. Due to bank charges and rules, cheques have to be drawn on a UK bank and in Sterling. Money orders from abroad are also welcome. An rder can be placed online and the cheque/postal order posted in, or a written order witht he cheque is fine too.
PAYPAL
We are delighted to be able to say that Paypal payments can now be made via the Worldpay secure page linked to our web site. To order and pay by Paypal select the 'credit card' option on the basket page, you will then be taken through to the Worldpay site where the Paypal logo will appear.

PRICING
Although the on-line order form says the prices include VAT, this is just to get around an oddity in the Worldpay system. There is no VAT on books in the U.K. and the prices here are the same as in our printed catalogue, however if we tell the system that the prices exclude VAT it insists on incorrectly adding 15%. All orders are sent out with an invoice which correctly states the VAT classification for books is 'exempt'.

We now accept payment by Paypal in addition to taking credit and debit cards via Worldpay.

Credit card or Paypal orders can be placed by phone, email, letter or fax. To place a credit card order by phone, please let us have your card number, issue and expiry dates and the full address registered with your credit card, together with a phone or email number. Cheques and postal orders are of course still fine too!

All titles are available unless not priced. If a title does not display a price it means it is not yet in print, this way we can give information on forthcoming titles while avoiding charging for books we can't send out straightaway. We will gladly let you know when particular titles come out.

The Online Ordering System accepts Credt and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, but not Diners Club or American Express) and Paypal, you can also place an order on-line and mark it 'cheque', then post a cheque to us, the book(s) will be reserved until the cheque/P.O. arrives.

Credit card orders can also be given by phone, letter, fax or email. Cheque /P.O./Money Orders are of course still very welcome! - Please make them out to Capall Bann Publishing Ltd.

There is a £1.50 per order post charge within the UK. Overseas customers can select the correct post charge for the value of order be selecting the delivery method on the online order form, or if ordering other than online please add 20% outside Europe and 15% within Europe.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

Online ordering
You can order directly from this site using the basket system in the product pages - it is linked directly to the Worldpay Bank secure site. Credit card orders can also be given by phone, letter, fax or email.

Cheque /P.O./Money Orders are of course still very welcome!

ORDERS ARE USUALLY SENT OUT BY RETURN.

Capall Bann Publishing is an independent, family run book publisher specialising in a range of over 300 Mind Body Spirit titles. We are different from the majority of publishers because we are really involved in the topics we publish - we understand and care about the contents of our books.

We sell via shops and other outlets and by direct mail order. We supply shops directly and also have specialist distributors both in the UK and abroad - currently Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA.

Don't forget the site search facility should make find details on titles a lot easier.
